Returns
We genuinely want you to get just the right toy or book. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund. You can return an item by bringing it by our store in Sherwood or by mailing it back to us.
30 days or more after you receive your purchase, if an item breaks or fails because the product is defective or poorly-manufactured, please email us and we’ll do our best to coordinate a suitable replacement or resolution.
How to Send Us A Return
If you’re in our area, you can just stop by our store. If not:
- Fill out the return form we sent with your package. This helps us know why you’re returning it, and what you’d like us to do. Put this form in the box you send back to us.
- Repackage the item in its original box if possible. Be sure you use a sturdy box and suitable packing material to protect it on its journey back to us.
- Attach our included address label.
- Send us the package by US Postal Service, UPS, or your favorite carrier. You’re responsible for postage sending the item to us, we’ll cover sending it back to you.
- Smile when you get your replacement or refund.
We’ll do our very best to handle your return quickly. Please allow enough time for us to receive your returned item, package up a new one, and send it back to you. If you just want a refund, we typically process refunds within 1-2 business days of receiving a return.

Small Print
Sometimes an exact replacement of a returned item might not be available to us. If there’s any availability issue, we’ll immediately get in touch with you and find a suitable alternative or refund your money.
Sales on clearance or discounted items are final.
