We ship promptly by the carrier of your choice. We don’t charge tax or any sort of handling fees, so you pay only what it costs to ship your order.

Shipping

We ship by either U.S. Postal Service or UPS, you choose when you place your order. Our intelligent software calculates shipping for you, so you can choose the best option and price for you. We don’t charge any sort of handling fees.

We’ve negotiated a special discount with our carriers, so you’ll get a better shipping rate than most places. This discounted shipping will automatically show up when you check out.

We generally ship within 1-2 business days of receiving an order.

Currently we can only ship to U.S. addresses. We also cannot ship to APO addresses yet, though we’re looking into it. Sorry to our international friends!

Each package we ship includes an address label in case you need to return anything. You’re responsible for postage getting it to us, but we’ll promptly send you a replacement or give you a refund if you need to return anything. Read our return policy for more information.

We do not charge sales tax on any orders (hooray for Oregon!).
