The Velocity is an amazing yoyo. It’s the perfect yoyo for beginners but performs well enough for even the most advanced yoyo players. It’s all because of the Velocity’s “Adjust-o-matic” dial, which lets you adjust the yoyo’s response (how difficult it is to get the yoyo to return up the string) from nearly automatic all the way to completely unresponsive (a tug won’t pull it up, you must perform a “bind”). This awesome feature lets your yoyo grow with you. The Velocity will never hold you back.

Besides the cool response-adjusting dial, the Velocity has an impressive ball bearing that will spin for ages, so you can do your toughest tricks with spin time to spare. Add to that a nice wide gap that, when the dial is turned all the way to “unresponsive”, will let you do those crazy multi-layer string tricks.

The plastic on this yoyo comes with a textured finish that’s perfect for grinds. This yoyo performs nearly as well as a high-end metal yoyo, but at only a fraction of the price, making the Velocity the only yoyo you’ll need from start to finish.
