Why can’t I buy online?
We’ve spent 10 years becoming experts helping parents, grandparents, family, and friends find the right toys and books in our store, face-to-face. You can ask us anything, and we can probably answer it. We also have hands-on demos of everything in our store, so you can touch and try things before you buy them (ever ordered something and found out it was flimsy and cheap? or the wrong size? or not as cute in real life?).
Those are the reasons we’ve focused on helping customers face-to-face.
But we get it, we know the web offers convenience and a huge amount of information at any time of day or night, anywhere in the world, right in your home. That’s cool. We love it too. That’s why…
We’re looking into how to provide the best online shopping experience
Anything we do, we do right. We don’t want to make you fill out a million forms for a crummy shopping cart with confusing controls. Frankly, we don’t think most places get online shopping right. We’ll only begin selling online when we can give you the perfect experience finding the right toys and books and buying them in the simplest way possible.
Coming up with the right approach, and then actually building it, takes time. We’re working on it, and we’ll keep you posted if you join our email list or become a fan on Facebook.
